Welcome to the Watcher Comics Games Page.
So, as it is, we run a few games here at the Watcher Comics. You can get the short of it below, or check each of their pages using the links to the left.

Battletech is a miniature based combat system, where you control squads of Giant Robots in combat with your opponent. The game is easy enough to learn for new players to become quickly involved, but complex enough to satisfy even the craftiest of tactictians. Battletech is run every Sunday, from 1:00 till close
COLOSSEUM
Dungeons and Dragons Colosseum is a quick paced offshoot of the Dungeons and Dragons Minis game from Wizards of the Coast. Players only control one random creature at a time, in an attempt to survive, and kill all others. Dungeons and Dragons Colosseum is played every Saturday, from 1:00 till 4:00
Wish to run something? Here's what you need to know. |
You Must Be Able to Share: Any game played at the Watcher Comics is announced, and new players are to be welcomed. This doesn't mean you have to find a way to deal someone into a game currently on the go, it just means you can't tell someone they can't play simply because you don't know them.
Have an Agenda: We prefer that any planned games have a date, and a time. If possible, we prefer that a game be run weekly, with a set day each time. Yeah, things happen, but if you are running a game, try to be here consistantly.
The Games Gotta be Available: You have a game in mind the Watcher Comics doesn't currently sell? Thats fine, so long as it is on the market if players want to get a copy. Lets face it, the game days are to introduce product to new players, and it does no good if your game is out of print.
You Gotta be Willing to go Legit: If your game of choice has official play available, you have got to become an official Judge, or Master, or whatever your game calls their officials. This is for your own good, and ours, as this opens up avenues of advertising of your game, and likely prize support for your players. You don't, btw, have to already be an official to start up, you just need to be ready to take the test, or whatever they have. We can even help with the rest.
